Do you have any questions?

Does the design have to be by Younic?

The choice is yours! You can take inspiration from the designs available in our lookbooks, or decide on your own! It's all possible! During appointments, our designer Dina takes the time to discuss your project, so don't hesitate to ask her for advice if you're not sure which direction to take.

Do I have to pay for the appointment?

This service is free of charge! During your appointment, we'll draw up a quote based on the customization you'd like to achieve.

How long does the appointment last?

The appointment can take up to 50 minutes, depending on your discussions with our designer Dina! If you're not sure about the design or location, you'll have plenty of time to discuss it.

Where will the meeting take place?

Personalization appointments take place in our workshop in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, 76 rue Lauriston!

What do I do if I'm not available at the proposed times?

You can contact us directly to arrange an appointment outside the proposed slots. Just let us know your availability and we'll get back to you with an appointment proposal!

Can we offer this service?

Of course you can! Our gift cards can be used for all our products, including the personalization service! You can therefore offer the amount of your choice as a personalization package to your loved ones.
