The following general conditions aim to define the legal framework which will apply in the relations between:

the company SARL EVA B which publishes the site www.younicbydina.com , registered with the Paris RCS under SIRET number 387 833 106, whose head office is located 19, rue de Marignan 75008 Paris. SARL with capital of €7,622.45 whose intra-community VAT number is FR44387833106

and any person visiting or making a purchase on the SITE www.younicbydina.com

Their purpose is to define the reciprocal rights and obligations of the two parties in the different stages of ordering one or more items. Any person registering on the SITE must adhere to these general conditions of sale and thus accept them without reservation. No purchase can be made on the SITE without having first accepted these conditions.

The Internet user can consult the general conditions of sale at any time by clicking on the “General conditions of sale” section at the bottom of the screen.

YOUNIC BY DINA reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale or adapt them at any time without notice. Thus, the applicable general conditions of sale will be those in force on the day of the order. Also, the user of the site is invited to consult them before each purchase because any order constitutes unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.

Partial invalidity

These conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector. If a particular stipulation of these conditions is held to be invalid or declared as such by a decision having the force of res judicata of a competent court (change of legislation, regulation, court decision), the other stipulations will retain all their force. and their scope.

Customer limitation

The items displayed on the SITE are only offered for sale to non-commercial individuals. Any user of the SITE declares to have the legal capacity allowing them to place an order on the site and allowing them to use a bank card.


The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the SITE in each of the product sheets.

The Products sold are photographed and described as faithfully and accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions are possible. Also, depending on the Internet browser or screen used, the colors of the items may not correspond to the actual colors.

The Products for sale on the SITE are available while stocks last.

Any out of stock Product will be reported. However, the availability and delivery of a Product are only guaranteed by us sending an email confirming your order.

Promotional codes and gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

If one or more ordered items are no longer available, the CUSTOMER will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

The CUSTOMER may then cancel the order for the item(s) concerned and be reimbursed, where applicable, the sums already paid, by credit to the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment at the latest within 30 days.


The prices of the Products offered on the SITE are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding processing and shipping costs. Any local taxes that may apply to the sale are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

It is specified that customs duties and possible taxes requested upon delivery in certain countries in which the Products may be delivered are not necessarily included in the prices and are therefore the responsibility of the CUSTOMER (see Art. n°9 for more information on customs duties when returning one or more products)

Any change in the legal rate of applicable VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices of the items as soon as it comes into force.

The applicable prices are the prices displayed on the SITE at the time of the order. The Products remain the property of YOUNIC BY DINA until full payment of the price by YOUNIC BY DINA.


Payment for the CUSTOMER's purchases is made by bank cards: Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, or Paypal system or any other payment system offered at the time of online payment.

YOUNIC BY DINA has a 3D secure security system.


Orders are placed on the Internet on the SITE.

It is up to the CUSTOMER to select on the SITE the Products he wishes to order, according to the following methods:

Validation of the Order placed by the CUSTOMER on the SITE is subject to compliance with the process described below:

On the SITE, the CUSTOMER, after having read all the pre-contractual, technical and commercial information, selects the identification and quantity of the Products subject to the Order; these Products are added to its virtual shopping cart (hereinafter the “Basket”).

The CUSTOMER can freely modify the Basket, delete a Product initially selected, modify the quantities ordered or add a Product.

Placing a product in the Basket does not ensure any reservation on this product until payment for this product has been made.

The CUSTOMER who has completed his selection, validates the composition of his Basket.

The CUSTOMER also selects the delivery method of their choice as well as the delivery cost which is calculated by YOUNIC BY DINA before placing any order and before any payment.

The CUSTOMER checks the summary of the Order offered to him by YOUNIC BY DINA.

The CUSTOMER is fully informed that YOUNIC BY DINA can verify and analyze Orders placed.

YOUNIC BY DINA cannot also bear any responsibility in the event of embezzlement or fraudulent use of any means of payment which has not been detected by this verification procedure.

The confirmation of the Order sent to the CUSTOMER by YOUNIC BY DINA will be archived by YOUNIC BY DINA and considered as proof of the sale and in particular of its date, price, Products and quantities.

The Order is automatically archived by YOUNIC BY DINA and the CUSTOMER can have access to it upon simple written request.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by YOUNIC BY DINA constitutes proof of all transactions between the CUSTOMER and YOUNIC BY DINA.

This is an order with payment obligation, which means that placing the order implies immediate payment by the CUSTOMER.

The sale will only be considered final after confirmation of acceptance of the order has been sent to the CUSTOMER by email and after receipt of the full price.

In any case, an order is registered on the SITE when the CUSTOMER accepts these General Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose and validates their order. The CUSTOMER has the possibility to check the details of his order, its total price and to correct any errors before confirming his acceptance.

YOUNIC BY DINA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a CUSTOMER with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

A written order confirmation will be sent to the CUSTOMER by email, to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER.


Products purchased on the SITE are delivered in mainland France at the pricing conditions presented before any order is placed.

For deliveries abroad or in the French Overseas Territories, the amount of delivery costs is indicated before placing the order, according to the delivery location provided by the CUSTOMER.

The shipping time is a maximum of three (3) working days, unless a specific deadline is indicated directly on the item sheet concerned. For delivery, it is necessary to add the delivery time which varies depending on the carrier and the country where the place of delivery is located.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the CUSTOMER indicates during the order process in accordance with the aforementioned delivery times.

When the CUSTOMER orders several products at the same time and they have different delivery dates, the delivery time is based on the later date. YOUNIC BY DINA, however, reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.

For any order placed on the SITE, we undertake to prepare your order within 24 hours to 96 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and within a maximum of 10 working days during busy periods (Christmas, sales, etc.).

All Products sold on the site benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause unless special order from the supplier or personalized Products at the customer's request.

In accordance with the provisions of articles L121 et seq. of the Consumer Code, each user of the SITE has a withdrawal period of 7 days from receipt of their package to return one or more items, at their own expense and risk, without having to justify the reason. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended until the first following working day at midnight. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used, soiled or having visibly been used cannot be returned. Any returned Product must be intact, in perfect resalable condition, in the original packaging. It must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and in a perfectly clean state. Any Product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. The package will then be returned at the buyer's expense.

In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, the return costs are their responsibility. For better tracking of returns, the buyer is asked to make their return request via the “Contact” section. The buyer has 7 days to return the package. Beyond this period, YOUNIC will be able to refuse the package and return it to its sender.

Therefore, any returned item must be suitable for re-marketing and reshipped to the following address:

It will be up to the buyer to keep any supporting documents that can prove the return of the package to our warehouses in the event of a dispute. It is strongly recommended to declare the value of the returned goods and to take out insurance covering the risk of loss of the package. Upon receipt of the package returned to our warehouses, reimbursement of all or part of the order will be made within a maximum of 30 days in the form of recrediting the bank card used during payment.

If the item(s) ordered are defective or do not conform to the order, the right of withdrawal is exercised under the same conditions with the exception of return costs which will be borne by YOUNIC BY DINA. To do this, upon receipt of your return request by email, we will send you electronically a pre-paid return label which will be stuck on the package to be returned. This label will have two sections. The second part which serves as proof of deposit must be stamped by the postal establishment counter and kept by the CUSTOMER.


The Products sold on the SITE comply with the regulations in force in France.

YOUNIC BY DINA cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example, in the event of a ban on a product, etc.). It is up to the CUSTOMER to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the Products he plans to order.

The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for the use for which he intends the Products he purchases from YOUNIC BY DINA and he assumes responsibility for choosing the Products he wishes to purchase among those offered by YOUNIC BY DINA. Consequently, YOUNIC BY DINA cannot in any way be held responsible for the inadequacy of the Products it has sold with the use made of them by the CUSTOMER or for any damage resulting from the use of the Products, caused to property and/or people.

YOUNIC BY DINA is only responsible for the content of the pages it publishes. YOUNIC BY DINA declines all responsibility for technical difficulties that CUSTOMERS may encounter on the SITE, whatever the cause, as well as in the event of damage caused to their computer equipment due to use of the SITE.

Hypertext links may refer to websites other than the SITE. YOUNIC BY DINA disclaims all responsibility in the event that the content of these websites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force. Furthermore, YOUNIC BY DINA points out that any creation of a hypertext link to the home page of this SITE or any other page of the SITE is subject to the express, prior and written agreement of YOUNIC BY DINA.

In the event of a professional purchase, YOUNIC BY DINA will not incur any liability for any indirect damage as a result of this, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or costs, which may arise due to the purchase of the Products.

In any event, YOUNIC BY DINA cannot be held liable in the event that the non-performance of its obligations and/or the delay in their execution is attributable either to the CUSTOMER or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. , or in a case of force majeure as defined by French law.

YOUNIC BY DINA cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences and damages inherent in the use of the Internet network (service interruption, external intrusion, computer viruses, etc.).


All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by YOUNIC BY DINA are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the entire world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is authorized subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable under Intellectual Property law without prior authorization from YOUNIC BY DINA. Any total or partial reproduction of the sites published by YOUNIC BY DINA is strictly prohibited.


The Products benefit from guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

Without prejudice to the withdrawal period provided for in article no. 6, in the event that the items delivered do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the CUSTOMER must inform CUSTOMER Service. by writing to the address client@younic.fr

He will then receive a return label by email, which he will print.

The Product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note, to the address indicated on the return label.

If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs linked to the return package will be reimbursed to the CUSTOMER, by a credit of the amount to be reimbursed to the CUSTOMER's bank account debited during the transaction.


Any dispute resolution can be made through our CUSTOMER service and, in the absence of an amicable settlement, the rules of jurisdiction will apply. However, the site www.younicbydina.com reserves the right to summon the CUSTOMER before the court in whose jurisdiction his domicile or headquarters are located.


It is agreed between YOUNIC BY DINA and users of the SITE that any failure or waiver by one of the parties in the application of all or part of the commitments provided for in these general conditions of sale cannot constitute a modification of this agreement, nor generate any right, nor even be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the commitment in question.


The execution by the company of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would hinder or delay its execution. The various cases recognized by case law are considered as such. In such a fortuitous event, YOUNIC BY DINA will notify its CUSTOMERS by email within 7 days.


These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.


Any order placed on the SITE and delivered outside mainland France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties possibly imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes linked to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are your entire responsibility.

We are unable to verify applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country.
